Payment Policy

Payment Timeframe:
If using ATM bank transfer within Taiwan, after payment please fill in the transfer form available via your transaction. Once your payment is verified in this way, we will start work on your made-to-order item and will notify you once everything's ready and we've sent it out to you.

If you've chosen to use PayPal or Credit Card (via PayPal), no further steps are necessary.

 
Shipping Policy
Made-to-order Items:
Once we've successfully received your payment, we start to make your order and will take between 3 to 4 weeks to complete. Once your order is complete, we'll ship it out to you within two days.
 
Ready-made Items:
If we have your item ready-made (not often!), we will ship it out to you within two days and then notify you.
 
Shipping time depends on which shipping method chosen and also upon your chosen destination. For more detailed information, please see our payment and shipping page.
 
 
Returns and Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged (which is extremely rare) or you get the wrong item (also rare), please let us know within 7 days and we will make sure you get what you ordered.
 
As for returns, since all our items are made-to-order, we unfortunately do not accept returns.
 
Custom Orders
Returns or exchanges are not accepted on customized items (e.g. made to certain size specifications, etc.). If your item is damaged during shipping or there is a quality flaw, please let us know and we'll make it right.
 
Quality Guarantee
We have a 365-day quality guarantee. If after some time of use, your item suffers from a quality defect or is unreasonably damaged due to quality issues (e.g. thread coming apart, material misshapen, etc.), please contact us and we'll make it right. Our normal method is that the customer pays to ship the item back to us, we correct the problem and send it back with no additional shipping charge.
